For many years now the FAIR team has been in existance(2003). The team started in Need For Speed Underground and that has expanded to many other games  DIRT, WOLFENSTEIN: ENEMY TERRITORY,TEST DRIVE UNLIMITED(TDU) and now CALL OF DUTY 4. The team was founded on 2 simple rules - NO CHEATING  and  RACE CLEAN. All members of FAIR must follow the rules or they will no longer be on the team. Since FAIRs inception the team has grown into a family like atmosphere, we have our own teamspeak channel, that lets us communicate verbally to each other.
