Wow - not sure where to start. Sarah Fair is an amazing agent. Firstly, Sarah has a strong knowledge of the market and knew all the houses listed which saved us a ton of time. We also have newborns and Sarah was able to not only be flexible but also be more than beyond patient with us. Lastly, and more importantly, we were able to find a home significantly below listing value due to her close network and unique intel of the seller situation that allowed us to close a favorable deal out.
